My views on representing our community

I have been working hard for our area for many years and I was delighted to be the Conservative Parliamentary Candidate at the 2017 General Election, having also stood in 2015 and 2016.

I care deeply about creating sustainable jobs and improving our community. We must provide the best possible education to our children and improve the life chances of those born into disadvantage. At the same time we must ensure that it is easier for workers and entrepreneurs to get on with making a positive contribution to our society.

By creating a culture which encourages aspiration, we will also generate higher wages for workers and create more tax revenues which can be spent on caring for the most vulnerable.

I have worked for 20 years - growing businesses, creating jobs and leading teams. At a time when the people of Britain are tired of professional politicians, I hope I will have the chance to put my real-life skills to use and help build a more prosperous community for all.
